    Bootcamp sessions are running in Glebe at Jubilee park on Tuesdsay and Thursday at 6.00am – 7.00am and Saturday at 8.30am – 9.30 am. This is a great way to be inspired and encouraged by others and is a cheaper alternative to one-on-one training.

    Most of the training is focused on achieving goals in a team environment. People of all levels of fitness are welcome to enjoy the buzz of Woody’s bootcamps.

    It’s a fun and non-competitive atmosphere, but you will be pushed physically and mentally.
