Kids fitness classes are run at Jubilee park on Tuesday afternoons
from 4.15pm – 5.00pm. Keeping your kids active is a great way to
improve their self–esteem, gross motor skills, hand / eye co-ordination
and improves their social interaction & teamwork skills.
A mixture of cardio fitness, circuit training and interval
training is included and all sessions are constantly varied to maximise
the childrens development.
Kids from the age of 8yrs and upwards are welcome to join
these classes.
