Our mums and bubs classes are at Jubilee Park in Glebe
on Wednesday & Friday at 9am. We work on improving strength
in the core, upper and lower body to help you get back your pre-baby
body. It's about doing what you're capable of, whilst building to a fitness
level that better enables you keep up with the demands of a young family.
I am the father of a toddler and young baby and understand the needs
of new mothers.
The atmosphere is very friendly, and after class many of the mums and bubs have a catch-up in local Glebe cafes.
