We conduct Mums n bubs classes at Jubilee Park
in Glebe on Wednesday & Fridays at 9.30am. We work on improving
strength in the core, upper and lower body. Cardio fitness is built
up over time, gradually gaining momentum.
These classes are about doing
what you’re capable of, whilst building to a fitness level to better
help you keep up with the demands of a young family. I am the father
of a young baby and understand the needs of new mothers.
